So since I acquired my 18' SI sedan aegean blue last April, I was already prowling ebay for aftermarket mods. There's so much available out there to do as far as putting your personal touches on your SI's has now given me much dilemma on what direction I would like mine to look.

I would love to temporarily wrap my hood with 3d carbon fiber vinyl as I am saving up for an actual SEIBON hood. With me ordering the vortex wings, type-R spoilers, front splitters and side skirts, those will be wrapped in carbon fiber too. I am now wondering if I would like to carbon fiber wrap my roof and trunk lid too? Seemed like a tall and costly order for me on the planning but I will see where this will eventually lead me up to.

Are you guys the same? Being a bit undecided on how to make your SI look with all the mods available out there?

Haha I have 3 exterior mods aside from my carbon fiber exhaust tips. A front lip, window visors and splash guards. I think less is more. WhAt do you think?

@ JDMpookie, Love what u did with the front mesh covering the intercooler. But that will make it more exposed to dust, mud, insects and debris.

True, less is more. But as of now, I have yet to replace my SI spoiler to the Type-R. Just gives me projects to do for the summer.

Lmao no because the grill has big holes so small rocks will do the exact same. You’d have to hit something big. Bugs come off with water and a microfiber towel.

That’s cool tho I love summer projects as well. I’m trying to upgrade my rods, pistons and valve springs before this winter. Race season!! I’m gonna shit 12’s for sure this winter.

You can take the grill off but you have to take your bumper off but you’re also taking the black lip underneath with it. So I just cut mine. They’re 80 bucks or so at Honda to replace.

Finally done painting my vortex rear windshield wing and replaced my stock SI spoiler! So happy finishing it with my own hardwork! First full painting job! A bit unhappy that the windshield vortex wing does not plant well on the sides since it wasn't shaped/molded properly for it!

No fancy wiring. There is only an added ballast connection to the main headlights connection. Everything else were plug and play. It’s easy to figure out when you get it.

The actual headlight assembly installation requires taking off the whole grill and front bumpers. Many tutorials in youtube. You can do it by yourself. I did.
