2019 Hatchback Sagging Bumper

You could always show up at a dealership on a busy saturday afternoon with this problem.
That way you could probably avoid needing a facebook account!

Minor update. The new dealer has a collision specialist and is scheduling with me for to bring the car in for a closer look of the other dealers repairs.

So far, Honda's promised gift certificate has not arrived.

-Called up the dealership, looks like my 2nd dealer's POC went on vacation and didn't call me up. Does anyone at Honda work? Gift cert arrived.

I figure I give you guys a year+ update.

1. I was able to look inside to figure out what's going on when I installed some reflector LEDs. Looks like the factory over tightened some screws and the top of the bumper skin is definitely drilled off circle. Bumper still kinda sags, but has not gotten worse
2. gift certificate never arrived. My bad. Thanks Honda.
3. The first dealer still calls me to try to get me in for service.

Here is my diagnosis. There was some bumper damage. The bumper cover was repainted and installed a bit skewed before the paint was fully dry. At first it was held tight by the paint acting like glue and then it detached and sagged a bit.
