so i keep trying to roll my driver side window up automatically and it hits the top then rolls down. It’s quite funny to watch and I believe it’s because of its anti collision safety kicking in when it gets to the top. Any ideas how to fix it?

Hey man, i had the same issue. I went to the dealership to reflash and clean out the window motor because it was believed that something was obstructing it. I got to replicate the problem by pressing a sequence of the up down lever. If i remember correctly, hold it down and hit it a few times after, then it'll roll up fine!

Keep using it but manually during the hot summer months and when it gets to the top pull up into auto up and hold for 5-10 seconds. The window run seals will break in with use and it will remain a good seal.... if you take it in they will make SURE nothing is dragging on the glass.... not the route I chose. Mine hasn't been a problem since the first maybe 4 months.

New car quirks.

Someone on the Fb group showed me how to reprogram it and it’s fixed. I forgot how but I’ll look it up for anyone who needs it.

So it’s no longer fixed. It keeps hitting the window seal so it will be another warranty fix when I get my recall work done. I’m posting a list lol

Mine was doing exactly this, I pushed the rubber seal (near the sidemirror) back into its slot properly and the issue was completely resolved.

Also, try disconnecting the car battery for a few minutes. Usually the windows re-calibrate after the battery is disconnected.

When re-connecting you might have to roll each of your windows up and down so it can calibrate the current sensors
