I searched the forum for various threads but couldn't find a clear instruction on how to remove the front lip. Just want to make sure it's straight forward, and there are no surprises when I start doing it. These are the steps I got so far:
  • Remove multiple clips under the car
  • Remove 2 visible screws on either side
  • Remove 2 screws inside the bumper in front of the wheel wells. That is the one that concerns me the most. What's the easiest way to access and remove these 2 screws? From the wheel wells or from underneath? Special tool needed (shorter wrench, long socket, etc.)
  • After removing all the screws, will the lip come right off? Don't want to risk scratching anything.
Anything else to look for?

There is a 10mm bolt, I believe two on each side near the wheel well. The lips also snap "clips" to the diamond mesh thing too.

Thanks guys. For the clips that goes to the mesh, just use a flat head driver and pop it from the front?

I’d suggest using a plastic pry tool so no risk of scratching something but I’ve seen people use a flathead screwdriver.

When I pulled off my lip, the clips came out without much effort without needing any tools. I didn't know there were clips until I was reinstalling the lip.
