Did you already adjust your clutch pedal to see if this helps alleviate the grinding?
May I ask what do you mean by adjusting the clutch??
Right now, I try to adjust my own foot!! press all the way in and shift slower but that defeat the purpose of buying a Type R

Honda Civic 10th gen Amsoil synchromesh trans fluid 366BE36E-C299-4009-85FE-6AE41F2A7192

***I think it’s a good idea. That said, I asked a guy at work that previously was a technician at some dealership and he said it wasn’t necessary for a manual transmission....Here is what my old transmission fluid looked like after 18k miles. Pretty dirty. Switched to Amsoil yesterday.

Do I need to change transmission oil ever if I dont get grinding?

I need to get on this. My 2nd and 4th gears grind every now and then it makes me cringe hard. I know the 2nd gear issue is widespread (even though Honda wants to deny it) Does anyone else get it in 4th as well?

I adjusted my CMC and swapped for Amsoil MTF. I still experience a slight delay when shifting between 1st and 2nd, but it's much less crunchy and my smooth shifts are much smoother.

Need Emans cmc and that will take away your delay shifting

From what I understand of CMC's, the larger diameter bore of the modified CMC will make the clutch pedal much stiffer, right?
