A quick question about the infoteinament system.
I got the system without the volume button, is that because we get the European model?

Huh that's news to me. What's the R #? I thought all 2019s had volume knobs.

Congrats. Volume knobs weren't in the earlier versions. It's nothing the volume control on the steering wheel can't fix.

Just a basic for now)

Maybe it is a American update? Try looking at the regular Civic Hatchbacks and see if they have a volume knob. If they do, I would ask them to order a new head unit and install it.

Would suck if they ran out of head units with the volume knob and thought hey, lets use the old one laying around!

The MY2019 is when the volume button was introduced as part of a refresh. What’s strange about it?

Maybe North America only got the volume knob for 2019 because Americans complain a lot.
