This is a one owner, extremely low mileage, clean Carfax, maintenance records, garage kept car.
The car has a beautiful Aegean Blue Metallic exterior with Black cloth interior
The car was ordered in late June 2018 From Sunset Honda in San Luis Obispo.
I had always wanted to buy a brand-new Civic SI and finally got the chance to. This car served as my secondary pleasure vehicle. It has been garage stored since new. I have every piece of paper or receipt that goes to the car. The original window sticker, owners documents, owners manuals, warranty guide, both keys (one unused) come with. I also have optional HELMS printed Owners manuals which you must request from Honda. Gas mileage is fantastic. I have always seen 30 mpg city and the last trip to San Francisco and back averaged 41 mpg Highway! The car is immaculate inside and out you will be hard pressed to find a scratch or wear.

Long story short, I was recently hospitalized for my Crohn's disease. I have some hefty hospital bills on the way. Since it is a secondary vehicle for me I am looking to sell.
These cars sell new for $24,995. After taxes and fees, they are approximately mid $27k.
This is an excellent way to get in to what is practically a new Civic SI for a lot less.

Dang that's a hell of a good price. Most SI on the central coast sell for msrp or slight markup.
Mine is priced within $500 of the others that have 20-40k more miles.

3000 miles and you've already changed the tires?

Take the Carvana offer and take care of yourself. Time is money. You’ll unlikely to get a higher offer when September comes. Civics in coupe form is also a harder sell. GLWS.

Changed them around 30 miles. Wanted a better performance tire then a junky factory no season tire.
