It's been awhile since I've cleaned a MAF, but only use MAF cleaner and I don't think you should spray directly onto the metal wires. Might damage them depending on the spray pressure, but hopefully someone will correct me if I'm wrong.
Yes. Only use a MAF Cleaner. The sensor wires is exactly what you want to spray, those are the only components measuring the air signal. They won't be damaged with spray from a can, just hit them about 2-3 times with the cleaner and attach it back. By the time the vehicle is started again everything will be well and dry.

Is the post-cat O2 sensor even used for fueling in these cars? I know in my old WRX the rear O2 sensors were not utilized except to determine that the cat is working properly.
They are not.

I have a cobra race Cai tsp stg 1 and my LFTS usually stays at -7 most It hits is -10 im pretty sure your okay man I would be worried if there some super high numbers it's all in the temp and fuel when I use she'll it stays at that I tried arco and it increased as well as my KC it hit .83 on map 3 switch back to shell
Gas definitely has an impact on my K. CON but can’t remember if it impacted my trims too much.

For me, Chevron keeps my K CON value at 0.49 all the time while Shell will go up to 0.62

Another update:

So I’m in California now and my fuel trims are now back to 0! Wooo all that worrying for nothing lol.

I wonder if it’s also simply because I drive locally 100% of the time in Vegas vs on the highway the whole way to California. My constant stop and go driving habits probably piss off my car... well at least I don’t have to worry about leaking injectors or anything crazy now!

Can’t wait to get back home now so I can change the transmission fluid to Amsoil.

My anecdotal observation is that LTFT will trend more negative in warmer weather. Especially with more stop-and-go (which will cause higher air temps). I wonder if you’ve had any different with the pandemic. I had the same fuel in my tank for two months whereas I would usually fill up every week. But I’m not driving for work. By the end of the tank I was getting higher negative trims.
