I've asked System Motorsport about this and they have a 1 inch drop on this set up with no fender work done i believe and fit a 265 tire set up. They recommend a 25/35 which is what i will run when i get my set in and i'll be dropped on spoon springs that are .7 of a drop. They also said the only time they rub is with a full car and if there is a pot hole or extreme bump.
Yea I have spring setup also so its not as low as swift springs but I don't want to regret it. From the photos it looks slammed and if you've ever had 2 people in the rear, the rear drops an inch lol there's no way you could drive around with a drop and more people in the car on that setup.

have you asked any of the other owners of this set up about how it has handled? I would pm them and ask around. I just asked SM about this again and they were saying some of their customers are reporting no issues and they are lowered as well without trimming the fenders. I would also use a 255/35 set up to play it safe to be honest with how aggressive a +33 is. Also i feel like tire brand may matter.

I just thought I’d comment since I’m the one running the face 4 Sagas. I’m on a slightly stretched 265/35 RS4 tire and I’m not rubbing at all. I did remove the guide pins up front and maxed the camber. Roughly -1.8 up front and -2.5 in the rear. I folded the metal tab on the front fender for clearance but other than that nothing else. Lowered on swift springs and have no rubbing even on comfort mode.

Tbh I think it’s BS if he says he isn’t rubbing. I saw pics that were posted and saw rub marks on the tires... also keep in mind that he’s on FA coil overs and could be running a stiffer setup than stock. Driving around well paved streets vs a bumpy freeway will change one’s perspective

Love the look... but REALLY worried about the rubbing.
Anyone here get these and have any feedback?
Would running a 30 sidewall tire instead of 35 help or would it just look ridiculous?
man, you should have just kept the factory springs and went with a 22 offset :D there's a guy that I bought my wheels from he went with 22 offset and it looks great on factory springs...he's running 255/40 tires.

But yeah, even when you modify the rear fenders, you'll rub man

Yea I decided these were a bad idea haha
I hope I don't have to go to stock height. It looks so good right now.

i am going through with these with a spoon set up and doing 255/35/18 i'll let you guys know if i rub. But tbh slight rubbing doesn't bother me. and by slight i mean if i hit a harsh bump and i am also by myself more than 90% of the time so the car is not loaded and with spoon springs being one of the most unagressive drops it'll be interesting to see how it handles these.

The personally don't like the TESL since you have to run a $240+ set of adapters to fit a center cap, which I want.
Also think about if you plan on running center caps. SLs needs an adapter and it's stupidly expensive.
I got the SL adapters and center caps for $265 total from Nengun, in a premium color, the other normal colors would have been less. Not far off from cost of regular center caps from a U.S. distributor.

You're on sportline? It's supposed to be 0.9" drop all around but my car looks a lot lower and I'm on Spoon that's supposed to be 0.8".

What size tires you go with?

I'm on 255/35
There still a slight gap too but wheels are extremely flush with body I'll try to grab more pics later

Can you take picture of the tires in direct sunlight instead of in the shade. It's hard to see how much tire gap there is. Also what is you camber setup at?
Yea ill take better pics. Im out of town right now so Ill do that as soon as i get back. Camber is what ever the drop gave. I did not need to do alignment right away as the car stayed true and didn't pull or anything. But I am schedule to get one this weekend. So ill post that info up. Tire gab wise it is similar to what it is with the 20 inch tires. Im thinking of changing tires to run 265/40 to fill the gap up a little more. Also I wanted to amend my original statement of rubbing. It slightly rubs on heavy dips at decent speeds. Other than that normal driving no rubs or issues.
