hello all,

What do you with your bent OEM 20” rims?

Can they be repaired and re-used? or just toss in the trash and buy new ones?

16,000 miles in, daily driver and I have (2) bent rims so far.

One from hitting a pothole on the freeway at speed (bad one, rim has been swapped) and the other from not paying attention and running over a barrier (not too bad, haven’t swapped yet)

Thanks

They should be able to be repaired. Of course this depends on how badly they are damaged.

Save it for a coffee table or into the dumpster it goes.

Ask around locally for a good wheel repair place. I get my wheels tested at the end of each track season and there are usually one or two (out of 24 wheels) that will need some work.
