Battery Tender/charger recommendation for Ktuner flash (no outlet available)

I am planning to purchase a Ktuner v2 and flash my 2018 Hatchback. I have read up a good amount and have come across a few scenarios where batteries are dying during flashing (had no idea the batteries were this bad in our cars, hah). The obvious choice is a battery tender but unfortunately my apartment complex does not have outlets available near the parking lot. Shut off accessories, lights, and the AC. If you've recently driven the vehicle for any bit of distance the charging system should have been charging the battery, which helps. if it's been sitting a while and you have accessories on this is where a lot of people go wrong.
