Yikes. My leather ones have 0 dirt.
Might be time for a deep clean?
I replaced the fabric armrests to the leather ones but they faded quickly (more on the driver side). I know this is because of sweat from my arm but the one in my previous car never faded.

Just switch them for the leather, which arent real like the console is, but any way, I think I paid 18.00 a piece for mine and took about 30 minutes per door.
Where did you get them for 18 bucks?

Ya, those armrests and the center console are trash. I was pissed at them in months of owning the car. If we had the EX Turbo Leather here, I would have got that. I don't like chrome so I didn't want the touring.

If I could get just the part with the cloth in leather, I would be all over that. All I ever see is the WHOLE door panel assembly listed so that is not happening as that is over $200 per side...

The cloth upholstery just needs a bit of cleaning and they can look as new.
This is how mine is looking at 25.000km (~16.000 miles):

Nothing particular done to them, just routine cleaning them with a damp microfibre once a week and vacuuming them thoroughly once a month. No additional substances applied.

In a car without good active seat coolers I kinda prefer cloth seats instead of "leather" upholstery.

Honda insight leather armrests and center console fit on the civic sedan and way cheaper. Check my garage to see pics.

The stiching even matches my cloth seat stitching.

Nice. Not even anything like an upholstery cleaner in a spray can?

Is there a preferred/easy source for them or just through your local Honda dealership?

Nope, nothing. I gave up using upholstery can foam cleaners long ago when realized that traces of foam remain in the fabric, accumulate there and cause it to look faded.
The best remedy is prevention, thus not letting dirt accumulate in the fabric works best to keep it clean. On top of routine cleaning mentioned above I wash the front and backseat every 3-4 years (using a professional injection / extraction vacuum cleaner) to completely remove any kind of dirt from them.
I’ve applied this approach in my previous car and the upholstery was looking like new even if it had 200.000 km (125.000 miles) when I sold it (and it had the same type of fabric on the seats, door cards).

At 11,000 miles my cloth armrest is faded and stained. Not sure how it got this bad, my car is garaged and I don’t eat or drink in the car. Disappointed and won’t be getting another car with cheap cloth in those areas. Looks like an old sock. Would the warranty cover this?

20,000 miles later and mine looks new. It’s your habits, give it a good clean.

I ordered them all through hondapartsnow. There is a thread on it, i think some of the pieces are hard to get now.

For anyone interested, I've got a whole set of door arm rests and center console pieces. They came off my coupe new.

So based off of what everyone is saying it seems to be just dome dead skin and such. Tbh when I use some water it does take some of it off so I always thought it was some dirt but didnt see it all come out when I cleaned it.

Based off of everyone's recommendations, armorall upholstery wipes should clean it off and I should use scotch guard to keep it clean?

I attached some images to show the quality of my arm rests. It seems to be a lit dirty on the panel as well.
