A couple months ago I bought some civic si wheels on offer up for $500 (with tires) which was a steal for the price! I had to get them... I got them and I really liked how they looked but at the same time I keep thinking if i should just go back to the stock wheels. The extremely bad road noise and less miles per gallon really ruined it for me...
Is there something I can do to reduce the road noise? If not should I just go back to stock?

Pros:
Car looks a bit more sporty
Adds value to the car

Cons:
Less MPG
ALOT of road noise

Cheaper to flip the Si combo for a profit and put back the LX wheels. Alternatively, you can replace the Si tires with some better all-season but they’ll cost you at size 235/40R18. Good luck.

Maybe it’s the tires? I have the Si rims on my EXT and don’t notice that much road noise.

I've got the Si wheels with stock Goodyear tires on my EX-T, and although the tires aren't the greatest, I don't find them to be extremely noisy in comparison to the stock Firestone tires that came on my factory EX-T 17-inch wheels.

The gas mileage is also a non-factor, as I routinely get 40+ MPG on a 75/25 split highway/city driving. I don't have the lightest right foot either.
