I received a rather vague e-mail from Helminc. The order number does not match the other stuff that I am expecting, Based on the Google result of Helminc, I have reason to believe that this is the free owner's manual.

If that is the case, then even Civics that are manufactured or bought outside US are eligible.

It is. I got the same vague email and thought it was spam.

Few days later I got the manual in the mail
