So far I have installed AFE CAI, Milltek part resonated exhaust system, and did a tune with K-Tuner V1. I am using 93 Octane fuel.

Why do I feel like it pulled more when it was stock?

Thoughts?

Did you install it when the weather was cooler? Summer temperatures wreak havoc on power.
I live in Miami so even though its hotter during summer, its pretty hot year round. I did the mods staggered over the past 8 months and with each one I still felt like it was pulling harder when it was stock.

You have a weird car LOL. Didn’t you have the same issue with the intake a while back? Lol. Sorry I don’t have anything to contribute.

Yes it's possible. Everything is a system. Some mods could not agree with others etc.

But im not saying that's your problem. We have quality suppliers for this platform so it's hard to get it completely wrong.

Epa.

With mods & tune, you have a more tangible heatsoak. Get an intercooler, car will feel better, still a file from Honda on this

What you describe could be either or both.

Does the car feel the same at night time, when the temps go down?
If so, it might be just the tune's characteristics, a slight lag in low end, then all power top end, this is way more noticeable with an aftermarket downpipe, car feels slow at the initial sprint but way faster at high speed.
If not, the you NEED an intercooler, since the car is creating more heat.

My guess is the delivery is smoother and lasts longer therefore it feels slower without the mid range lump.
AND your clutch is now slipping.

Just kidding :)

Are you seeing the same boost levels as you were stock?

I spoke with someone yesterday that a local Fk8 group suggested and I am going to take it to the dyno in a couple weeks so he can check it out and adjust the tune I have on it. We’ll see what I learn on that day. Will post update here.
