You regret getting ivory/white seats, even in leather they get dirty fast. I saw a cloth ivory seats in a brand new hatch at the dealer when I bought my hatch, and they already were showing stains.

Yea after checking prices wow. Big jump for the Sport Touring. Makes the SI look like a real bargain. Maybe wait another year and see where they're being made. Maybe Alliston? She's pretty well set on a hatch but in no rush. She likes using my CBP SI Coupe but just thinks it a boy's car and wants her own white hatch. The hatches sure do look practical. A lot more room back there.
Well... Sport Touring Hatch > Si when it comes to equipment. Especially in the US. (US Si is based on the LX, Canada's is based on the old EX-T - in Canada, less than 1K more than the Si)

No, the US Si is based on the EX-T. (without sensing)

Looks like Canada Si is also based on the EX-T? except comes with LED headlights instead of halogen.

My 2019 Si has everything my old 2016 EX-T had and more.

Nothing wrong with 2019 Sport Hatch. They're pretty nice. Just she doesn't like the black cloth seats. Want Ivory interior and leather. Can't get that in 2019. Sweet that they're bringing back manuals in the Touring.
Get a Katzkin Leather interior installed.
I've ridden in one, with that interior ... way nicer than OEM leather, in my opinion.
Should cost $1400 - 1600, installed.

Did Honda get rid of LaneWatch for good?

Every 19 manual hatch around here is sold. I'm waiting for that 20 Sport hatch upgrade so I can trade my 17 in for the extra gear and swap some parts over to it. The ST 6MT only seems to come in 3 colors and base MSRP is $28k according to the Honda website.

Pretty sure if she sat in a white Sport Touring 6speed with Ivory seats that would be it. She'd want it. I'd think it would be up there among Honda's best XCivics. But yea, pricy.

According to the configurator on Honda's website, the manual transmission Sport Touring only comes in Platinum White, Sonic Gray and Crystal black, all with only black leather interior. If you choose the CVT, you get the other exterior colors and Ivory as an option with certain exterior colors.

They don't make a Hatch LX anymore? I got one in a manual, it's a 2017, love it...

The Sport always had an option for manual, and in 2020 it’ll match the Canadian spec. So smart keys, moon roof, and CarPlay/Android auto, and all the Honda Sensing stuff. So you don’t need to go all the way to the Touring to get a good featured manual hatch.

Close. No moonroof on the American Sport trim just like the sedan and coupe. I could live without a moonroof but when we had our Accord Sport, we missed the smart entry the most. We replaced it with a CRV EX-L after the brutal winter we had, and it is nice to have smart entry and walk away auto lock again.

I got the smart keys with my Canadian Sport Hatchback and I’m super in love with walk away lock. My wallet lives in my car along with a bunch of network gear I usually haul around.

Strange there is no moon roof on the US Sport. At least it has more features though. Prior to 2020 that Sport model was pretty bare bones.

Yep. My wife hated fishing the keys out of her purse to unlock the accord. Also since she has a key to my Civic too, she couldn't just reach in and push the button, she had to look at the fob so see which was which. I do find it odd that the moonroof is on the sport in Canada particularly since the U.S. has warmer and longer summers. As near as I can tell all U.S. models that have sport trims don't have the sunroof except the Accord Sport 2.0 because it is based on the EX trim rather than the LX trim. It's really strange how much different the trims are in Canada overall. Like the Sport is a higher trim than the EX in Canada and the Touring is the only one with the 1.5T (talking about sedans here). And why the hell is the Si more expensive than the Touring in Canada? It's only $800 more than the EX in the US.
