Hondata flash pro for 16+ civic 1.5t work for fk8 ctr?

hello I have a hondata flash pro race for 2016+ civic 1.5t.
I used this for my 2018 civic si but have sold that car and gotten a 2019 fk8 civic type r.
Anyone know if this plush pro will work for a civic type r?
