What’s good everyone,

I’m happy to say I have ditched the Toyota 4Runner SR5 Premium to fill my void as a Honda enthusiast..

While the 4R was a dope SUV, it just wasn’t for me.. not really into overlanding as cool as it is.. picking up a 2019 Civic SI was the only solution to have fun driving again. No, it’s not an R but it sure isn’t a disappointment..

Coming from and still owning a 1999 Honda Civic, auto-crossing it was so fun, but building that car all over again didn’t seem logical. Fast forward 20 years to this car, it’s definitely a game changing experience lol..

Didn’t realize the 10th gen community was this big! Ready to build this car right and thanks in advanced for all the helpful info out here..

Happy building everyone & build for yourself, not for others!

All the best with your new new Si. It’s a sweet ride that just gets better as you own it, especially when slapping on the mods, whatever they may be. I still get a small adrenaline rush each time I take her out of the garage. although it’s not my daily

Best bang for the buck is a TSP Stage 1 tune in my opinion, car pulls much better in every gear and keeps the tires trying to gain traction.

Best upgrade after that is probably the rubber. Factory tires are very very unsticky if that’s not a word I don’t care.

Cheers and welcome back

Congrats. Yea I didn't know there was such a big community for this car. Its fantastic. Here and YouTube are amazing to find the best parts and how to install them. Running hondata or k Tuner is definitely a must in my opinion.

Are you me? I did the same thing. Went from a lifted 2014 4Runner to a ‘19 Si. 4R was great, but I’m loving the Si.

came from 17 taco trd offroad. I sure do miss wheeling it, but I do not miss the mpg from my 100+mile commute

Wife has a 18 4Runner ORP. We trade cars a lot. I love her 4R but get spoiled with the great milage from the Honda.
