235/45/17 will keep your speedometer accurate. I'd stick with that or use a tire size calculator to stay as close to the overall circumference as possible. (No more than 3 percent over or under.)

Hey do you mind replying with the lugnuts and tire size you went with? I bought a set of these for my honda accord and need new tires since he was running slicks on his and I want to hopefully have everything on soon. Thanks

235/45/17. You use Mitsubishi lug nuts. I bought some off a link on am Evo forum. You'll also need these hub centric rings.

I'd imagine you can buy any Mitsubishi hub cap and do what I did. I'll try to find you the link and pics

I tried evo 9 wheels. Took them off though as imo, the civic has modern contours and lines and the 2000 era wheels don't go well:
