Is ok. The Evo got the CTR now to compete with lol. And the N division of HyundaiIt may just be me, but the car/import hobby is simply more fun with EVOs running around. Saw another article yesterday that the STi desperately needs an EVO counterpart and, well, I agree (through no basis of fact, just a feeling).
Same. Can't wait for that 400hp twin-turbo.Iām excited for a next gen Nissan Z already with that VR30DDTT engine
I thought there'd be a new Z soon, when I bought my 2016 370z Nismo. It's now three years later and still nothing.Iām excited for a next gen Nissan Z already with that VR30DDTT engine
I can't really speak with any authority, but I thought I recently saw on here that Mitsubishi's auto sales have slowly been trending upwards, over the past few years.Same. Can't wait for that 400hp twin-turbo.
Mitsu is struggling in American market, and their brand is going downhill toward cheap and affordable, opposite of Kia and Hyundai sadly. They're focusing on building SUV's to stay afloat because that's where the market is now. I don't have high hope that the Evo is coming anytime soon. Sad because I had an Evo X, and that car was a beast.
It's not just Nissan that cheaps out. I have a NSX and the thing doesn't even come with a decent infotainment system, no blind spot monitoring (the car is super wide), and the back up camera is basically useless.I thought there'd be a new Z soon, when I bought my 2016 370z Nismo. I get the feeling the Z is dead. It has not changed at all since 2009, save for some very very basic changes. Nissan is all about being frugal since Carlos Ghosn took over- his replacement seems to be just as cheap... That makes it so much harder for a business case for a sports coupe in today's market.
I liked my Nismo, but honestly, it doesn't hold a flame to the CTR. After my first week of CTR ownership, I couldn't help but think what a turd that Nismo felt like. It costs more than a CTR, doesn't have half the tech, weighs more even though it has two less doors and seats, and the CTR is much more confidence inspiring when being pushed hard.
Infiniti has been using the 3.0T for several years now and still nothing from nissan. Rest in peace, sweet Z.
Subbie does the same with their EJ engine. I didn't consider the STI when I was shopping around for a car cause Subbie has kept that engine for so long and I rather have more updated engine if I'm paying so much money. It's not just Nissan that cheaps out. But I agree with you in that Nissan really drags out their platforms. Most of the cars in their line up haven't been updated in decades. And they wonder why sales are slipping.... lol
So you post it here anyway?I know this is a type r forum
I was planing on buying the next gen type r in 3 years, but Iāve had so many problems with the paint on my current Si. Iāve had 2 areas repainted under warranty due to clear coat problemsI know this is a type r forum, but kinda excited for this one
