To some it up, last night my drunk girlfriend forced my car in 1st and 2nd repeatedly while I was on the highway going about 130-140km/hr. Now when I try going into 1st, I have to force it so it gets into 1st but it grinds and doesn't move when I would try to drive it normally, it wont to shift into 2nd at all and doesnt go into reverse.

Would I be looking to replace the clutch or would it be more serious then that?

The clutch is fine. It's much worse than a clutch problem.

You need to replace your girlfriend.
I'd start here.

Hmmm. Need more information. Pics of said girlfriend?
Definitely need more info. Photos help.

Drunk girlfriend....yeah sure, how about admitting you screwed up on the highway when down shifting instead of blaming it on a "drunk girlfriend" lol. Sounds like you, ahem girlfriend, broke a gear and/or syncro when you, whoops, I meant she, missed a shift, so it will probably just keep getting worse. if its still under warranty you might be able to get it fixed, just don't tell them what "happened".

I'd say OP would be pretty lucky if a dealer gets this covered by warranty lol

Well, if he just plays dumb and acts like he has no idea what could've caused it, the dealer might cover it if its under warranty. I still find it hard to believe that it happened the way the OP said it (if it actually happened at all), seems going at that speed and throwing into a low gear like that would just make the whole trans lock up and implode.
