If an email was received that says “in que” does that mean you are in the first or second batch? I also received an email about the early bird cover.

...for what it’s worth I placed an order on 6/18 @1122, order number 11680
My order # is 115xx and I didn't get an email about the cover. I ordered at 1043 CST according to my email...

Poor PRL. Damned if they do, damned if they don't. Can't wait for the first sock to show up on eBay for a hundo.
Don’t give a damn about the sock, but have been waiting for 7 months for this intake, and ordered in the first hour preorders went live. Better clarification on who’s orders are shipping when isn’t too much to ask when we have already paid ‍♂

Then that has nothing to do with my sarcasm. Congrats on the intake, though.

"In Que" simply means as the description states, "
One or Some Component(s) of Your Order is Currently in Production or in Line for Production. Please Reference Product Listing's ETA or Email Us for a Status Update. We Thank You for Your Patience!"

This is the next step after "Payment Received," and has nothing to do with specific status.

Maybe a specific order number cutoff would clarify matters? i.e. "order numbers after xxxxx will be part of the 9/12 batch?" That would be a pretty easy thing for you guys to determine a cut off.
It's just not that easy. With multiple oulets of orders (our website, vendor portal, phone, emailed customer orders, emailed vendor POs, etc.) the order numbers don't exactly correlate to anything worth while for you guys. We have a spreadsheet of all orders organized chronologically. However, the next potential problem becomes promising anyone an order can/will leave on time. Issues outside of our control such as blemished or shorted components could potentially cause an order to be delayed. We can pretty much guarantee any online order number past 11660 will not be leaving with the first batch. The large red note that reads "Pre-Order Sale, Please Read for ETA" was added to the product listing the moment pre-orders reached this safety window, as was an announcement made on virtually any outlet of communication including this post stating that any order after ~11:00 am on 6/18 would not be fulfilled in the first batch. We feel this has been covered quite well.

Hmmm, my order confirmed at 1:34am on the 18th shows order number 11673. That seems to be in conflict with the above. I guess I'm out where I originally thought I made the cut. Poo :-(

We kept this cut-off very loose, so hopefully we can manage to squeak out a few more orders. Anything can happen, whether customers cancel in front of your order placement or more orders are fulfilled than expected. :)

Thank you for the clarification. I have been looking forward to this intake for a long time!

How much work is involved with cleaning this filter? I’ve lot of experience with oil media but just want to know if it involves removing the box to get to the filter.

Thanks,

Looking at the design you will have to remove the box to get to the filter. Since it is on the right side that has access to it.
