This is the exactly reason I do routine maintenance myself. Had a oil cap not being secured before, and never again.

As far as the belly pan, there's about 6 plastic screws that holds the pan on. Probably didnt secure it. If you have a ramp, it's easy to see what happened. Hope they own up to it. GL
Just an update - when the mechanic in the dealer looked at it, they insisted that I hit something to cause this. I even offered them to look at my dashcam, but they keep on pinning the blame on me. After they screwed the pieces back in, I noticed that the front plastic part goes between the metal plate and the screw head.

I pointed out that in the picture I took last night, the screws are still connected to the metal plate only. Which only either means they missed it, or I was driving so fast which caused the screw to phase-shift.

They offered to replace the parts but I informed them that I would like to discuss this further. I added that it would have been fine if they just admitted the screw up, but I am furious that they are blaming it on me.

I am asking the sales rep who assisted me in buying this car to get a meeting with the manager in the dealership. I mean what if they screw up again and I don't have as compelling of an evidence as I have now?

I also replied to the e-mail from Honda customer care that there was an escalation and asked what is the correct channel to provide the details.

I'm more interested in the wiring and what type was used. If he/she's got an actual train horn installed then i'm more intrigued... where does it fit?

I hate the "meeeep" stock horns and need something that's a little more "GTFOMW you're about to hit me" sound to it, but definitely not train horn
I have the upgraded horn from college hills it's not that loud to me. Maybe a rdx or accord horn would be better?

I installed hella horns on mine in the stock location. It was tight getting them to both fit in that space but it works. Used the college hills adapter, doesn't need a relay/fuse.
