Will these wheels fit the 2018 Civic SI, wasn’t sure if they would sit further in or out? Looking to do rims for snow tires so going with a 17” setup.

17x7.5, 5x114.3, 40mm offset hub bore 72.62, back space 5.82

It’s the 196-77588B model

They will fit, but you will need to get hubcentric rings to use when installing. The rim will sit 3.7 mm further out. For the comparison I used 215/50/17 tires, which is what Honda has used on the models with 17-inch wheels.

What happens when you don’t use rings? Wouldnt the rings cause the tire to stick out more? Are you referring to like spacers? Could you provide a link maybe? Also I believe I will need to get conical lugs for installation on these correct? Only planning to run the wheels for 2-3 months out of the year for winter tires!

Wait I think I see what you mean, these are the rings that go on back on inside of wheel like a plastic cap to ensure wheel is on center? Are these correct? I believe the civic is 64.1, wheels state 72.6 but can’t find anything but 64.1 to 73.1?

Hubcentric Rings (Pack of 4) - 64.1mm ID to 73.1mm OD - Black Poly Carbon Plastic Hubrings Hub - Only Works on 64.1mm Vehicle Hubs & (73.1mm Wheel Centerbore - for many Honda Acura https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00AAOETG2/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_i_B8LgDb27XMP3G
