I went with the hood with the red lining on the bottom as well. It looks great with that subtle red under it. Overland is coming out with the boomerangs in two weeks so I'm looking forward to getting them to finish out the interior.
I saw CTRMofo post about them on here today, so it should be soon. I got my boomerangs from Sweidit and got some center console rails to match (red top, black sides).

I'm selling my Honda red leather shift knob that I didn't use for $120 shipped. I prefer round shift knobs.

Have been rocking this 50mm ebay stainless steel weighted knob for a while. Feels great.

I got a Raceseng shift knob too (trans red Topology). I got into my car today (90 degrees outside, so not super hot, but hot) and found that the black Delrin was as hot as the red stainless portion. I did also notice with the Mugen red knob that the aluminum portion didn't get nearly as hot as the stock knob for whatever reason. I'm curious if the color has anything to do with it. I ended up getting Raceseng's small red aluminum shift knob to test it out, I'm still looking for something that feels like stock that won't burn my hand in the summer :p

I notice the derlin does get warm, but not nearly as hot as the metal/eom knob. Maybe I haven't had it sit in direct sunlight, but the temps have just started to creep up here.

Oh, I was saying that the delrin gets as hot as the red metal portion of the Raceseng shift knob. The red aluminum portion of my Mugen knob gets just as hot (though the leather doesn't). The stock aluminum knob just gets hot hot hot, unusably so. So I definitely agree with you. I got Raceseng's aluminum red knob to see if that gets as hot as stock. I feel like it should, but at the same time I felt like the aluminum on the Mugen knob should have as well, but it didn't.

WC Lathewerks knobs are by far the best ones in the business. Really underrated. Had it in my STI, in my FRS and am debating for the CTR.
i have a different opinion. i had a WC knob on my Focus RS and the Raceseng knob i bought for the CTR is much better quality.

That's fair. I should've mentioned "of all titanium knobs..."
Compared to J's Racing, ARC, Amuse, Moonface, etc - the weight and size of the WC lathewerks far surpasses those.
I can't speak to other knobs (non titanium) as I've always liked a simple round Ti knob.

Had a Spoon Duracon for like 8 months then found it harder to get into gear the more miles I put in the car. I think the low weight of the knob had a little to do with it. Had a few times where the car refused to go into 3rd or 5th gear.

Ended up borrowing a friend’s weighted Seeker knob and it definitely helped out; next up is a Raceseng Prolix and some Amsoil transmission fluid. Hope that mitigates my issues.
