some problem with the acceleration at 4000-6000rpm

When i accelerate i have some lag at 4000rpm to 6000 rpm.
I am wondering if its my custom tunes or my setup.
i have a downpipe, mid pipe, catback afe power an injen intake and prl intercooler.
Im tuned with an hondata flashpro.

Probably injen intake. I had alot of lag with mine installed to the point where car felt slower. Ended up selling it and going back to stock intake.
