I got my Honda Civic 2019 Sport Sedan on March, but now im kinda regretting cuz i didnt know the existence of hatchback models. I can't return my car so im trying to make my car look as simillar as possible with Type-R and Hatchback. is there any mods that im missing ?

i bought :
Rear wing carbon fiber spoiler
Roof spoiler
Shark Fin
Red Emblem for wheel, front, back
Red Cap for wheel rim

Also, I cant change my fog light look like hatchback style right? (like the picture)

The thing is it will always be a sedan not a hatchback. No matter how much you spend it won't be a Type R.

Maybe you should trade it in on a base hatch and mod that?

Don’t forget red engine cover and CTR steering wheel. You should be able to fit hatchback fog lights. Add some aftermarket CTR-style skirts and put red pinstripe all around and paint the brake calipers red, you’re good to go. The CTR front seats should also bolt on if you can swing it.

Ohhhh... I'd say about $20k

But if you really wanna, there's also bumper, fogs, front splitter, rims, exhaust tips, rear splitter...

You could do a front bumper swap, but if you look at all the aftermarket fog light housings they mostly fit sedans only. Also, don't forget to grab a hood panel with the scoop.

I would say don't overdo it cosmically. The sport already looks almost like an SI. Too many add-ons and its going to start looking bad. My advice it so add some at least functional items instead of just cosmetic -

Lowering springs (1-1.5 inch)
Type R steering wheel
Exhaust upgrade You have the center exhaust and could swap to type R with a muffler shop help
SI brake upgrade?

Is this the picture you took from your car? Isn't the 19 Sport Sedan has a different design?
I'd go with the whole Si front and rear bumper and side skirts, plus the Type R grill.

Sounds like a horrible waste of money. Should have just got an R after what you’ll end up spending. Kids these days
