Do you get charged for pre.orders right away or only when it ships?
On my website, you get charged right away.

You’ll be charged immediately.

Asking for the State of CA...

Will it come with the CARB authentication sticker kinda like Mishimoto?
At this point, it is not getting CARB stickers. Couple reasons I can see this - first, it's expensive. Second, it's pretty easy to uninstall and return to stock for the biennial inspection. I have no idea if this is the 'right' way to do it - meaning, no idea what happens in Cali if you get popped with parts.

I do know that the look should be close enough to stock that you might get lucky in Cali...

Not gonna make the same mistake that I made with my PRL Cobra Intake for the SI. The MAF itself costs around $150 - if there’s going to be a race MAF, I’ll wait for it before buying.

There will be no Race Specific MAF for a race version, if we do finalize our "race version" it will be adaptable as an add on to the MAF housing. Meaning you will need this whole High Volume intake system in order to add the theoretical "race version".

Thanks, that clears things up. Pre-order time!

We're excited about this as well! At this time we have no plans to offer a carbon air box.

We are a fan of our rotomolded air box design for the fact that it that heatsoaks much less in comparison to a metal air box, it flows well, looks sleek and is cost effective. This box allowed us to retain the factory ducting seal. Also, our billet MAF housing was designed to offer the smoothest fuel trims on the market, while also utilizing a giant 6" cone filter for maximum airflow.

Thanks, guys!

The factory wire casing is removed and then wrapped with the loom provided with our kit, similar to Mishi's install.

Psst, hey guys. The Pre-Order is now live with an ETA of 8/1/19!

Can’t wait! Sign me up for the pre order! Looks a lot better. Only thing I think would look nice is if the PRL logo on top was white. I might try to cut a custom decal for it, just that extra lil pop. Also the logo engraved on the maf housing. If it was done after anodizing it would have that extra pop.
Exactly what I'm planning to do. White vinyl decals. PRL I'm sure yall could make some quick bucks selling that lol
