I had a shop install a FX300 Clutch with Aluminum Flywheel and a Hasport 62A Rear Motor Mount. After getting the car I noticed that my speedometer stays at 0 and will not increase whether I am going forward or backwards. I have taken it back to them and they're looking into it. Has anybody had this issue before and fixed this?

The issue did get resolved! The shop broke the speed sensor on the transmission and replaced it. Unfortunately the car is going back to the shop. The CMC rod is loose, I am having a really hard time putting the shifter into 1st or reverse, and the car moves forward/backwards when the clutch is to the ground in either 1st or reverse

You can tighten the clutch master cylinder rod yourself lol it's real easy as well as adjust to so you can put the car into gear. The reason is is really hard putting shifter into first or second is because you need to adjust the pedal and rod for engagement and freeplay.

I appreciate the help. I took it to a different shop to take a look at things. They said everything looks fine and the issue is pointing to the clutch.

The shop I took the car to will no longer answer my phone calls

It is now becoming extremely difficult to put the car into 1st and reverse. I can actually lift the clutch completely without gas and the car will move forward. Hopefully taking it to another shop on Monday

I was not able to get the 2nd nut unscrewed by the CMC but this is what it looks like so far. It looks like the videos above. I'll try again this morning and fingers crossed I can fix it

You know for me I literally have to lay flat on my back to get to everything to adjust. I can see everything then break loose the bolt and reach with my hands to adjust

Finally broke the nut loose and adjusted the pedal. I set it almost to the "max" the cmc would let me. Going into gear is not as difficult but unfortunately I'm still having a hard time. I took a picture of the CMC. I can't tell that if grease or if it's leaking

I don't know the exact details but I know of multiple people that have broken the speed sensor off inside their transmission during a botched clutch install and one guy ended up having to replace the transmission. This is not to scare you, but just know that if you have part of a broken sensor floating around inside your transmission you may have much bigger problems than a CMC. :(

Oh man! I hope that's not the problem. The tachometer and speedometer have been fine since I got the car back. My guess is that the issue is the CMC. I'm taking the car to another shop and hopefully they can tell me what's wrong. If it is the CMC I'm hoping that Honda will cover it under warranty

Cmc your going to have to keep playing around with adjustments as clutch masters fx is different for every car
