As the title says, can anyone place a location to this bolt? I took off my pan this afternoon and this was laying at the bottom. Thanks for any advice.

That is a shoulder bolt, they are good in shear applications.

It looks like one of the bolts that holds the splash guards on near the front corners of the undercarriage. There are two, and one is longer than the other.
