So I had been doing endless research on what wheels I would ultimately decide to put on my '18 hatch. I finally landed between two different sets. The Accord Sport or Accord Sport Touring wheels. I then went on a 4 month hunt for any pictures and sets of both. BUT I couldn't find ANY pictures of a hatch with either set. And it proved very difficult to even find a set within 100 miles of MD, that weren't rashed beyond recognition. After endless searching, I said to hell with it. Let me just make the jump. I think I may be the first hatch running these, so let me know what you think. And if there are any other hatches out there running either, please share! If anyone is interested, I'll post more pics. I'll be lowering it soon on the popular Eibach Sportline setup. So hopefully it'll look even better/more aggressive.

I like it when people choose wheels from another car in the family. It keeps it looking clean and OEM.

This is exactly why I did this. As I get older, I find myself not wanting to go overboard with mods and just do tasteful stuff that will make it look like a super loaded, "tuner" version. Similar to how Roush does with Mustangs. Technically all that stuff is OEM because it's from the factory but it's got that bit of extra sauce to make it different. And with this build I'm actually going for an even mix of performance, style, and function. So I thought this would check the box for style since it already has a lip kit lol.

Riding totally fine. No rubbing at all. I believe another member put them on his sedan and stated no rubbing with direct fitment. But if you want to run spacers you have to do AT LEAST 25MM and then you have to roll the fenders.

They should be 19x8.5 +50 so on stock height there should be no issues. My only gripe with them is that they are heavy and expensive for no good reason.

Do you by chance know how much heavier they are? I did a quick search and someone said the Civic ones were 28lbs and the Accord ones are 31lbs. Not sure how correct that is. From a driving perspective, I don't really feel the weight but I then again haven't drove much since I just put them on yesterday. Maybe I'll end up feeling once I drive more. That was an afterthought for me since I had just dumped money into the CAI, Intercooler, FP/DP, and exhaust. Didn't want all that money to go to waste and have tuned the car for no reason lol.

But yeah there god awful expensive brand new. I lucked up and got my set for $600 with brand new tires. One has the slightest bit of rash but I figured for another $100 I'll be able to fix it if/when I decide to since it's barely noticeable.

They look very nice. Did you weigh them by any chance? I wonder how much (if any) is the weight difference.

I actually didn't. But all my research points to there only being a couple pounds per wheel added which I expected going fro 18s-19s. I'm not super into going fast so my butt dyno tells me we're good. I did just enough engine work to get it up to the Type R as I knew that's all I wanted out of my daily. I'd say if you're looking to go fast you might wanna do 17s or a lighter 18.

I also have a hatch sport touring and was looking at these as an option. Here in Canada, they are sooooo expensive it is making me balk. The other thing is they always come with the crappy stock rubber.

Car looks sick though, nice job.
