I wonder anyone here going with stragger set up?
I have a set of bmw wheel here can could fit on my type r...
However it is
8.5x20 ET34 245/30ZR20
10x20 ET35 285/25ZR20

I wonder if it will rub or significate affect the handling quality. And perhaps trigger tire sensor too.

I sold my bmw for the type r so i am seeking advice here if I should use the rim and tire combo above or just sell it and buy something made for this platform.
Thanks

Staggered makes no sense on this car. (Not trying to be offensive).

Square is what you want not only for the handling aspect but the ability of rotating the wheels around often to save on longevity.

I bet you would find people who have run reverse stagger on a FWD car - Wider on the front for grip.. Narrower on the rear to promote rotation.

BMW (and others) do it the opposite way, larger in the rear, to promote/ensure understeer as well as a way to get all the HP to the ground more effectively.

Yes actually there a few autocross articles about doing so on fwd and it does have its merit

I would highly recommend speaking to the TT guys about this... I don't see any of them or the touring car platform doing this on our current gen. Especially if you are going to use aftermarket TC adjustments like Hondata and future KTuner.
