I have a 2019 Honda Civic Ex Hatchback. I put HondaHack on it. Then I factory reset it (I think) now I have a google play app and google play widget. Is this how it is as a non Honda hacked radio?

try asking on the official honda hack thread on xda. Codeage(app dev) might be able to help you or you can email him about the same.

you can delete every new app and via the honda hack application and as a last act you can delete the honda hack app and normally you have your stock set up

But your device stays rooted, you just deleted the apps.

If you keep your bluetooth on it will connect 10x faster than when bluetooth is off. Also google play services tend to slow down the HU. Not recommended to install those, may be all those factors contribute to the fast connection of your phone to the HU. Glad you are happy with your HU as it is.
