2018 Civic Rattling in the dashboard...Help!

Seems to be gone for me too since I applied the fix a few days ago. I'm super happy if it holds. Been dealing with it for 2 years as well!
Edit: spoke too soon, seems to rattle still but I think taping the sensor helped.

Great to hear the rattle is gone! I think Honda needs to tighten the clips holding the Ambient light Sensor. Also, Honda should add foam to quiet the end of the dash, up against the window, in front of the window vents. That part of the dash can rattle too because the plastic of the dash is hitting the metal of the car. Tap it with your fingers and see if it's noisy. My dash up there was noisy, but not constantly like the sensor, and only with hitting big potholes, bumps on the road.
