which 1 is the muffler?

the guy at the muffler shop said those two in the rear are mufflers and the one up front is the resonator? I don't think so but I could be wrong?

so I guess I was just going to cut out the resonator,,, wonder how it would sound with only that straight piped? And keep those 2 mufflers

Not sure. Give it a shot. You can always weld it back if it's sounds like crap.

I put a Flowmaster DBX muffler in place of where the resonator is and deleted the rear mufflers. Spools up faster and sounds great !

ya that's not my taste,, I don't know what I want now lol, I'm thinking of keeping the dual but I dontwant them to be seen, kind of like them the way they are but I will be removing those big mufflers I think, man idk

Depending on your expectation of what a "good" sound is from an exhaust on the civic's 1.5T, IMO every exhaust note I've heard online and in person sounds terrible no matter what you do to it.

Dang, guess I'm getting too old because I like my car real quiet.
