MAF sensor different sizes? 2018+

Looking into buying a cold air intake and found someone selling one that fits a 2017 and he says it won’t fit my 2019 because the MAF sensor is bigger on 2018+. Is that true? It looks the same to me.

Base 1.5l all use the same MAF. The Si has a bigger MAF

The only differentiation in MAFs is made between base and Si as far as I know. Those are the only ones I've seen besides the PRL Base/Si street/Si Race.

What I heard was the MAF is fatter and the hole is bigger on the 19s but I have no way to measure that.

Just need to check any manufacturer selling an intake for different model years. If the part number is the same then there's no change. Could also check the Honda part numbers.

No, I mean check to see if the Honda part numbers for the 2018 and the 2019s are the same.

Looks like it’s the same. I looked on the Honda website and says 17,18,19 all the same.
