So today I was coming to a stop and pushed the clutch in and attempted to take the car out of gear. The tranny started to grind and the shifter started to kick back. The clutch was fully depressed too.

The car is a ‘19 with 1900 miles and is bone stock. I’ve never even given it more than half throttle Anyone experience anything like that?

My thought is maybe the hydraulic was delayed when you pressed in the clutch. Similar issue with the 2nd gear grind.

It sucks because I was literally about to drop some cash on a Flashpro, IC, and other goodies next week but now I’m hesitant as I don’t want to have to deal with warranty work and mods

Take it back to the dealer. Sounds like an issue with the slave/master cylinder or potentially air in the lines.
