Thanks, all. I'm excited to finally get this going. I've been grinding (no pun intended) on them for the past 2 evenings to build up stock. Lots of lessons learn, mistakes made, but I finally got an acceptable workflow.

I'll touch base with each one of the people on the list (in order) for confirmations. At the same time, I'm closing the request list for this first round batch. I'm worried that I wouldn't have enough materials currently to make more pieces. Thank you once more for your massive support, everyone! I'll sort out the 20-21 of you that is on the list first before possibly reopening the list to start a new batch list :)

Looks great. The major thing is making sure all the holes drilled are completely accurate as possible. I just received a different homemade set and they didn’t work because the middle hole was off a bit

For sure. I've measured and remeasured my drill holes multiple times for Honda's M10-size (? still confirming) self-tap screws to fit in snug. Also the holes are 1/4" in size so there are some flexibility to secure the guard nicely. I still would like to test these on a MY2017/18 though, just to be extra sure. Local guys, can you shoot me a DM? Perhaps we can meet over a car meet or something to try these out.

Update from this weekend
Just finished curve cutting the front guards. Had to score these individually by hand. Still need to work on the corners. Drilling holes will be last, since that requires me to be meticulous.
Next is to do the rear guard batch.

The stock screw size is 20x5mm with a 1.5mm pitch (#10-16 x 3/4in). The screw used is unique as it has a larger head which doubles as sort of a washer and that portion measures out to roughly 12.6mm (0.5in).

Excellent! Thank you for the precision of information. I do account for the triangular head to screw in flush.

I really wanted to get these out and deliver on my goals the most. I would hate to disappointed this many people now. Pressure is definitely on (and felt lol).

Don't rush yourself to get these out! I am sure everyone is understanding that it takes time and you want to have the best quality product when you ship them. :)

Loving the looks of these! I am super interested in a full set.. For the durability how do you think they'll hold up against a curb occasionally? I only have the option of street parking where I live. I've had my 19' now for 6 months and just caught the 3rd case of curb rash and am sick and tired of that s**t. I'm looking at these to be a modern day curb feeler with better styling and looks for my car. Especially before I upgrade to something other than stock wheels.

I set the 'overhang' to be about 1", so whatever the sideskirt is for your CTR, just add 1". Not sure if you're doing on aftermarket suspensions or what.

Also, your listed car is Civic hatchback sport? This is for the CTR's BTW. We have wider fenders than you. These guards and their drill holes will be very different on a regular Civic, hatch or otherwise.
