44. After three Mustang GTs over the last 8 years, I'd been midlife crisis-ing for long enough. Time to get back to something a bit more practical, and in most ways a better driver's car.
How’s the drivability compared to the GT’s? I’m just terrified without driving one that the ride is going to drive me nuts at 46 years old. I love a good driver’s car, but not when my back hurts or when my wife is in the car. She will bitch and moan the whole time like a child if the ride is too firm.

The Mustangs on KW coilovers rode fairly well (less well on OEM stuff), but the CTR rides better in Comfort and Sport. I was shocked, honestly, how good the ride is. Easily work for a cross-country highway trip, and I can imagine it only gets better if you drop down to 19s or 18s for a little more sidewall. It would pass the wife test I'd think. I'm getting a little more fussy in my old age, and was worried about the same thing, and those concerns are totally gone. Only caveat is that our roads are decent in this area, so if you live somewhere with terrible roads it could be a little iffy, but in the Kansas City area it's fine. They really spent some money on shocks on this car, and you can tell. Even R+ is tolerable; you move around a lot more, but it's rarely harsh.

Have a wife and 2 toddlers. Car seats fit great!
I also have a 92 integra GS-R Turbo track rat, 99 GS-R OEM for sale soon, and my type R. I have a heavy background in DA's, had an 8th gen SI sedan, an EF, etc.. So yeah, that's me.

What’s up everyone

Just picked up my PMM the other day and my wife commented that I’m getting too old for something with such a large wing.

I’ve been into Honda’s since 1988 when I had Jackson Racing suspension in my CRX.

I thought I was done til they announced the Civic Type-R was coming to the states and I knew I had to get one!! I’m glad I Did! My BEST Honda yet!

I’m 45 years old and proud!!

Here’s a few pics of my Honda’s from the past.

I’ll be 64 in two weeks but my PMM will be 2 in 4 weeks.
