$13 cdn in wrap vs whatever that Honda accessory costsMan that really looks sharp! I like that much better than the red carbon fiber accessory by Honda, and I assume much less expensive. Good job!
I’ll have an the entree of fries & a side of prime rib please.Intercooler was "while you were in there" and not the other way around?
That watch is incredible!I haven’t done anything to the car per se but I got a cool Christmas gift from my younger brother. Check it out. Only 25 made Meister evasive motorsports edition Type R watch.
SouthPoint Honda? I've pretty much stopped dealing with all together. If you want great service on your R, ask for Nick in the service department over at AutoPark Honda in Cary. Bit more of a drive, but totally worth it IMO. Nick only lets this one tech work on R's that is a total gear head and treats it like we would. You can tell him that Chris Cole with the black R recommended him.I had a huge nail in my stock tire on Sunday which somehow did not affect the tire pressure (I noticed it while cleaning the car). With almost all vehicle shops closed in the Bible belt on Sundays, the only place open was the local dealership, so I took the car in to see if it could be patched. They were able to patch the tire, but they were unfortunately also able to scratch the heck out of my rim and then joy-drive the car around for 5 miles.
The shop was closing as I took the car back, so I will try to get it handled today in some substantive fashion. The magnanimous R owner in me wants to help the dealership's services division and allow them to train all of their employees on this now-scratched rim so that it never happens again. As long as they buff it out and re-paint it, I could be fine with that. But I will go in guns blazing if they try to get out of fixing it. And there's no chance I'm leaving my car unattended with them ever again.
Yup. You nailed it. I bought my R from AutoPark and love them. Their services dept was unfortunately closed on Sunday. Thanks for the tip and I’ll see if I can get Southpoint to simply pay for the fix if I get it fixed at AutoPark.SouthPoint Honda? I've pretty much stopped dealing with all together. damn that looks good. grabbing one too.Did the Overland dash. No fit issues but one of the red clips on the OEM cover dropped into the dash. Guess I created a source for a rattle. We’ll see later when I go out for a spin.
I guess it is a common theme with them, I've had issues with Southpoint Honda on my previous Si as well.Yup. You nailed it. I bought my R from AutoPark and love them.
