I’m in my 40’s and daily the car. Planning on the HKS Legamax. I’m in the minority here in hating the way the 3 tips look. The HKS also sounds great without being obnoxious. Also considered Greddy but have heard mixed things about drone
Nothing wrong with liking the 2 tip fella. For each their own. The real sound changer is the downpipe when you go catless. If you have no plans on changing it I think you will be happy with the legamax.

My doesn't anyone ever recommend the Borla exhaust? I know a few people that have it and they love it. "Zero drone and now to loud" is what I've heard.

IMO it sounds horrible but again to each their own.

I’ll probably do a catted DP eventually. After having a GR STI with a full invidia q300 catless TBE everything seems quiet. That damn thing set car alarms off.

The video does no justice but if you think its loud then I recommend you to use a catted downpipe for your setup. IMO my setup is one of the quietest if not the quietest 3” catback on the market matted to a catless dp without drone, rasp or loud cold start.
The part-resonated cat back millitek with factory downpipe shown in their video below sounds nice and not too loud. Did you consider that before going uncatted dp with fully resonated millitek?

Awesome! Thanks. Is that single resonator the front silencer or the center silencer? Went to their website and it gives you the option.

Also what catless downpipes are suggested for the fk8?

Thanks
It's the single center resonator along with a PRL catless downpipe. Full wrap job and ceramic coating on both the FP and DP as well. I think that keeps resonance down a bit as well.

Yes, actually part resonated was how I bought it when I had stock dp. . IMO was too quiet. I was debating which downpipe to get and when I decided to go catless I ordered the front resonator and converted to full res.

@ElmoHongZito Are you in the @TypeRsOfSoflo group on IG? We have plenty of guys in your area...I'm about an hour north if you ever wanna have a listen or come out to a meet. We usually hold them in the Ft lauderdale area as a midway point for most members

@creativedesignz am not and I don’t have instagram but I can ask my wife to follow and see when you guys meet up next. Would be cool to see a few combo setups in person before I buy and regret. Thanks a bunch for the heads up.

Like I said mine is running aFe exhaust with aFe resonator delete. I’m also running an injen intake with it. And my god the sound frequency of the drone is crazy. My friend has the same exhaust with res delete but has a mishimoto intake and he’s drone is livable. We think it’s my intake that’s making the drone so bad. I’m going to try to put on the resonator this Sunday and see if it helps
