1. It has been about 100 miles since the KT install and the engine light is always on, the i button is always on, and pressing the i gives an emissions system warning. Will this still go away on its own or should I be doing something?
2. The screen on my v. 2 doesn't really seem to do anything but get in the way. Info will flash up on it for about a second but then disappear, too fast to use the buttons. Then it will return to black and will rarely respond to touch to wake up but even then it is finicky and buttons disappear or do not work. What do I do?
edit: I have also never seen any led above the screen turn on.
p.s. I had 2 initial set ups to choose from: one for a 5AA-C67 and another for a 5AA-C65, I have no idea what the difference is or why one car has 2 basic setups. I used the C67.
Update: I loaded the C65 instead and the handheld screen unit now works but not sure about the LEDs. Engine and emissions warning lights still on after 40 miles of this flash.
