So recently Honda replaced my turbo because the wire harness to the turbo had internal failure; they replaced the turbo and until yesterday I flashed my car to the base stage 2 ktuner flash. Now when I try to WOT or accelerate quickly the car hesitates to go. The feeling is similar as to when you try to accelerate on loose gravel and you lose traction. The only other change I've done recently is replace the spark plugs to these as an AutoZone employee said these fit https://m.autozone.com/external-engine/spark-plug/autolite-xp-iridium-spark-plug/417869_0_0

Could the spark plugs be causing my issue? Any help would be appreciated thank you guys for reading .

I ordered the oem plugs they should be here today. After doing a data log it seems that three out of the four cylinders are misfiring. I assume this means that the spark plugs were the problem.

If you have more than one software available in Ktuner, did you use the correct software version when selecting new tune

Might be a dumb question, but why did you replace the spark plugs in the first place?

Mostly advertising, but a little. The regular plugs probably ā€˜fitā€™, but the Si ones are most likely one heat range colder. It is something Iā€™ve always wondered about, though. A spark plug is literally just a wire in a housing with a ground. There should be no difference between them, but people swear Champions and AutoLites work best in Domestics, NGKs and Densos work best in Asian cars, Bosch for German... Now I HAVE mixed them, but donā€™t run my cars ā€˜on the edgeā€™ anymore to really see the difference.

Just troubleshoot yourself - revert to the stock plugs and determine if that is the cause.
