Also, thank you! I am always worried that I am rambling and getting too wordy..... if left to my own devices I can get quite neurotic....Gtk the details are appreciated!

Yeah, because they are. I plan to get some daytime pics today. I was less than impressed with both of the led reflectors, but for totally different reasons. I will save the juicy bits for the write up tonight, but yeah, you are not wrong.

Wow! Seeing as you are up to the task of cutting and splicing on top of being an engineer maybe you could be our hero and figure out how to get the fog lights to run all day with the DRL's without the headlights being on :) Please and thank you
Question: is this I highly requested modification? I can see how it would be nice to separate the fogs from the low beams control wise, but how desired is this? It sounds like a fun project, but I have others I would prioritize unless given a good reason to dive into this sooner.

Definitely necessary. Torque numbers are fairly precise and you have it 15 ft/lbs too loose. That bar needs to be stiff to work properly.

Check this video at the 1:12 mark...
Thanks. 40 ft-lbs all around. Was looking for the torque numbers for later as I took off the strut bar before taking it (EX-T sedan) in to have dealer replace a defective battery under warranty. Something to keep in mind, the battery can't slide out with the strut bar in place and the latest Civic/CRV battery is a known weak spot. I also flashed back to factory tune just in case. To torque one of the 17mm nuts under the bar, you realy need a crow foot wrench:

Installed OEM fog lights (08V31-TGG-100B) into my LX Hatchback and tinted them yellow. Installation was pretty easy, since this was my 3rd time installing fog lights into 10th gen civics (my previous sedan and a friend's sedan). This is however the first time I used the OEM kit instead of the ebay ones and it is nice to have the new stalk instead of the button. Took about 2.5 hours start to finish, looks great.

Fresh cleaning and some pictures before the pollen covered the car over the weekend.

Installed the OPT7 Aura Pro interior kit and used a relay to make sure they only turn on with the headlights :)

Nokya 9005 Yellow bulbs for the high beams and Lamin-x yellow film on the fogs. Headlights were also retrofitted with other low beam projectors and the housing painted black.

Looks gnarly, man. I see people do some goofy headlight mods, but that's gorgeous.

Also, I completed the led reflector comparison tonight ijdmtoy vs corsomotion. No spoilers on which one I liked best.

I will post the write up tomorrow time permitting.

I also replaced my taillights today with the newly sealed set.

Corsomotion on left, ijdmtoy on right.

EDIT: The quick connects are so I don't have to break splices in order to remove the reflectors/control module. Splices should not be fucked with. It also makes the bumper easy to remove.

I was supposed to do this but I bought the wrong size. The wire was too thin for the socket part... Or i just didnt know what I was doing. But yeah this is the more efficient way of connecting this. :)

I wish they make those tail lights for the hatch. Yes, the details are appreciated! You should post this on the thread I made, or you can make a new one so mods can pin it on the exterior/cosmetic section.

What website did you use to purchase the OEM ones? Also do you have any instruction videos by any chance?
