I did the same thing 3 times and what i think is sway bar end link on mine is bad. I notice when taken sway bar end link apart the ball joint is very easily to move.

when the factory spring is installed on the strut there is a marker that lines up perfectly but for the swift spring on the oe strut it has different orientation due to the spring that was wound up differently compare to stock. my guess is that the bearing is not seated and angled properly the way the factory intended it to be thus the spring binding.

im sure bearing is seated correctly because it can only go in one way straight with top hat.

do you feel like the sound is from something that's being pulled or squeezed? I have some sound when I turn left or right on slow and while stationary. I installed Megan Springs, and have not lubed anything. I'll try to post a vid of the sound.

Hope anyone has a solution other than "springs hasn't settled yet"

Did you use a torque wrench to fasten everything properly?

Experiencing similar issue. Seems intermittent, though, I can't replicate consistently. I'm thinking it does have to do with the bearings somehow (overtightened?). Had the install done on Tuesday. Took it to a shop to have done. Now just wishing I'd left it alone. In for any thoughts though.

Seems to have gone away. Knock on wood. Didn't do it yesterday. Went to an empty parking lot, did some slow speed turns full lock-to-lock, didn't do it. Maybe just getting seated the first day.

Im getting a weird noise on mine as well. I'm hearing like something is stuck on my wheel I checked everything is fine checked components & still fine. Only happens when the car gets some speed. My assumption is probably the axle.

Did you ever figure out what this ended up being because I have the exact same issue. Dealer will be looking at it tomorrow. Never had this happen until they last serviced my vehicle for a brake fluid flush.

Nope. I took off the axle on the side it was making a noise & popped it back in still hearing it. Doubled check the bolts / nuts from the suspension everything is tight. My guess is either the rotor / brakes? Haven't had the time to take it to someone but i put some pressure on the car it drives fine tbh.
