Sedan rear window tint 3th brake light cutout?

Are there People who had their rear windows tinted on a base sedan and had The 3th brake light area cut out? I like to see how it It looks like. It is Forbidden to tint the 3th brake light around here .
If it really looks like crap i might install a Si spoiler so the 3th brake light is in the spoiler.

They cut the pieces on cnc and then install on the glass

They probably make the cut outs on the exterior of the rear window
