I hear you but the HPD guys work directly with Doug and company over at Hondata. For my level of tuning knowledge and overall plan, I’m sticking as close to home as possible!Well sort of. Hondata Flashpro is a good product, no question. But, after having owned Flashpro and Ktuner, I'd say Ktuner wins overall as the #1 best mod. Us 10th gen peeps are really lucky to have two excellent tuning choices.
Nothing wrong with that. Hondata is solid.I hear you but the HPD guys work directly with Doug and company over at Hondata. For my level of tuning knowledge and overall plan, I’m sticking as close to home as possible!
I asked my son if he wanted to put the Hondata plate surround on the car. He was like no stay sleeperHad a Civic Sport Hatchback challenge me on the highway. I couldn't resist. The turbo sedan is slightly faster than the hatch stock to start with and he clearly had no idea I was tuned. KTuner rocks.
I like the stealth exterior (in my case, all black, tinted, with no decals etc.), and the full Christmas cockpit interiorI asked my son if he wanted to put the Hondata plate surround on the car. He was like no stay sleeper
Wow, could we get a full video tour of your vehicle when everything is done on your list?Last night I fixed my uniden hardwire setup and got the center console button black mute/led alert button working. The wiring is temporary as I have just a couple more things to do before my planned electronics mods for the year are completed and I can clean up the wiring under my dash.

I also installed a cheap direct external tpms sensor from Amazon. Seems to overestimate tire pressure by 4-6 psi. Meh, it was only $40. Will do for now until I replace my tires and rims next year.

Oh, I also got a small bluetooth keyboard/touchpad for my tablet...I can finally setup the ktuner software layout and get a shell to my raspberry pi.

Today, I plan to swap my taillights with the sealed ones and do a side by side comparison of the corsomotion and the ijdmtoy led rear reflectors, choosing one set in then end for my car.
All that is left after today in this year's planned electronics mods is:
- the passenger footwell switchbox
- extra powered usb ports in the lower center console (near the lighter socket)
- rejigger the hidden odb2 splitter
- an odb2 power/data key/lock switch (near the above usb ports)
- a couple hardwired usb ports for the ktuner usb cable and the raspberry pi (near the above USB ports)
- and then a final pass to clean up and bundle and wrap all the wires under my dash.
The list seems bigger when I write it out... but I have completed so much this summer already.....
That's the way I've always modded my cars. Simple, understated exterior mods, plenty of interior customizations and hidden performance mods. I've always gotten a kick out of being much faster and better than people expect. Sleeper all the way.I asked my son if he wanted to put the Hondata plate surround on the car. He was like no stay sleeper
Yes, oh yes indeed. Probably another few weeks until I have finished my my mods for the year. I will make a video tour at that time when the wiring is less embarrassing.Wow, could we get a full video tour of your vehicle when everything is done on your list?
