What is this? After long distance drive, I notice this part pop up in the front grill. And it is a little bit loose, not tight...is it save that I keep driving?

I noticed it also when I took my bumper off last week.
It's loosely tied to the back of the long silver frame part that goes across the front.
So it's normal for it to be there, but I don't know what it is either.

Thank you guys. But how can it happened? CTR assembly quality is not good. Until now, only 2 months I have had 2 parts loosely tight. And cabin comes out noise.

That’s just where they are. Likely attached with a little pop clip I saw it when installing g my oil cooler and intercooler. That’s how all OEMs attach them it’s totally fine.
