I know some of this might not be within the realm of possibilities, but...

-A scoop that extends all across the topmost "inlet" of the grille and channels it towards the intake area

-Brake master cylinder braces are super popular for lots of cars but the Civic's MC is kinda in an awkward position, could it still be done though?

-Bringing your Intercooler to market faster!! ;) (No seriously I am 100% ready to buy!!)

- A tune that does rev matching for the 1.5T (If it does boost by gear and the cruise control rev matches... it means there are the sensors in there!)

-OEM+ clutch kit for 1.5T, something meant for stock-ish power levels with maybe a Type R flywheel and accumulator delete... does the Civic have a clutch cylinder accumulator?? If so, it needs to be gotten rid of as the stock clutch is way too vague. Really just a little more holding power but better feel.

-Just the tip... Exhaust tips I mean. I know it would need custom fabrication and welding but for those who don't like the micro USB charger in the back of the Si, there's no options out there to keep the exhaust stock but change the tips.

- I agree about the CTR vortex generators, that would be great to have on the Si

-Non-ridiculous looking caliper covers!! Something that doesn't try to fake it like you've got brembos when you clearly don't, but just a touch more refined than naked stock calipers and gives you a nice spot for a logo of your choice and some color...
Think something like the Mercedes covers:

That's all I can really come up with right now... I tend to be more of a "sleeper/OEM+ build" kinda guy.

Hmmm so it looks like the rev match tune I mentioned isn't actually a possibility, I tried the cruise "rev match" and it's just a continuous hang almost like a very sleepy 2-step at 2000 something RPM, regardless of which gear the gate is in. Oh well, learn something new every day.:)

Only other thing I thought of would be aftermarket horn mounts/kits... Like a bracket and a set of connectors that would let you just plug and play something like Hella Sharptones. (sharptones don't require a relay because they are lower amperage than the supertones)

@MAPerformance maybe a bit of an outlandish idea but would you consider investigating what would go into stuffing a 2.0T Accord engine into our engine bays...? I love our little 1.5T but might be a fun alternative if it blows up lol

For the FK8

A true complete plug and play secondary fuel system kit(fuel Pump, pre fabbed fuel lines with fittings, additional injector spacer, additional injectors..etc) or upgraded hi pressure and low pressure fuel pumps.

OOH I just had a really good one!!!

Active exhaust for Si!

Right where the mufflers are the exhaust Y's out to a set of mufflers before rejoining for the tip. Basically take 1 of the sides completely out of the equation, but have a little butterfly valve holding it closed.

Basically the termination would look almost exactly like this:

So when you need to leave for work at 5:00 in the morning you aren't waking everyone, but set it on sport mode (maybe there's some type of CAN signal or something when sport mode is on... I hope!!) and you are getting a nice roar out of it.

Really that's the main reason that's kept me from an MAPerformance exhaust, I would buy a street exhaust but I have to leave for work early every day and I actually like my neighbors.

This is very trim specific, but some LX and EX (hatch) exhaust options. All I'm seeing out now is the Magnaflow for Sedans, and the single-exit exhaust system from BLOX/ProCivic. The exhaust system is pretty much the only part of my EX Hatch that feels like it gets no aftermarket support, so it'd be awesome to get something from you guys. I'm pretty much waiting to throw my money at the first legit split dual/quad tip option for this trim.
I agree entirely. My hatch civic I'd love to get something more than a down pipe or single exit exhaust, but that's all I can find is exhausts for the that aren't appealing for appearance if you ask me. The stock setup being a muffler going to turned town pipes at the exit area is awesome to me. I wish I had some different mufflers, or just larger exhaust options that still provide the turn down exit to make it better than stock, but still stock look. I'm not sure if it's possible though since I haven't looked under the car to see if there is even room to do that.

If you guys are interested, I have been considering doing an exhaust system with a Varex adjustable butterfly muffler

I don't think it's outlandish at all. I think it might be fun... truth be told, however, I am still having a lot of fun with this little 1.5t

We have a couple local folks that have suggested they would let us borrow their cars for exhaust development. If someone loans me their car, I will make a system!

In for affordable exhaust dump setup combined with factory exhaust for sure. Thats ultimately the route I will be going anyway.

Edit! Just saw the air guide plate idea for fresher intake air path. Lord there could be some profit there and I would love to have someone else do it cause my home depot racing versions are a little....poor looking.

I'm not sure exactly how the aerodynamics would shake out, but you could potentially end up scooping air that would otherwise flow over the top of the radiator and channel it towards the intake, increasing airflow thru the radiator and getting fresher IATs closer to ambient. Which would be awesome.

Looking forward to seeing what you have in store. And yes I am still 100% ready for pre-order or day 1 purchase of that intercooler. I will remind you regularly. :spaz:

If only I lived in the area I’d probably be on that list too.
