Has anyone found a solution to help prevent the frequent occurrences of catching a small pebble/rock between the front backing plate and the caliper?

Seems like I would run into this issue every 600 miles. It’s super easy fix but it’s rather annoying.

Seems like you were between a rock and a hard place. Sorry, I couldn't resist.

This is almost a daily occurrence for me. Normally the pebble works itself out, but I have one now that just won't go away and it's making a horrid noise. Car was at the dealer today getting getting a tire replace (THANK YOU WHEEL AND TIRE WARRANTY), so I told them to see if they can get the damn thing out. I'm really getting tired of it, honestly. Nothing worse than pulling into or out of a parking spot in front of people and your super awesome CTR making a bunch of clanging noises.

I had these problems on my E39.... In the end I just modified the whole shield. This was a 1997 model and I'm very impressed that Honda manage to do this crap in 2017.... 20 years later.
